Most people need an M3U editor for one of three reasons: their provider delivered a playlist with channel names in the wrong language or wrong order, they want to remove channels they never watch to make the list easier to navigate, or they need to fix broken tvg-logo and tvg-id values so their EPG programme guide works correctly. Doing any of these by hand in Notepad on a 10,000-channel playlist takes hours. The visual editor handles it in minutes.
The group filter is the most powerful feature for large playlists. Filter to a single group-title category, select all channels in that group, and bulk-rename, bulk-delete, or bulk-reorder them in one action. You can reorganise an entire IPTV subscription — rename groups, strip unwanted content, reorder categories — and export a clean playlist ready to load back into TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, Kodi, or VLC.
Export as .m3u or .m3u8. If your playlist contains non-English channel names, export as M3U8 to apply explicit UTF-8 encoding so names display correctly in all players.

How to edit an M3U playlist online
Load your playlist
Paste M3U content into the text area, drag and drop a .m3u file, or click Upload. The editor parses and displays every channel as an editable row.
Edit any field
Click any cell to edit channel name, stream URL, group title, TVG ID, TVG name, or logo URL. Changes apply instantly.
Filter and bulk edit

What fields can I edit?
You can edit the display title, stream URL, group title (category), TVG ID (EPG identifier), TVG name, and logo URL for each entry.
How do I reorder channels?
Use the up/down arrows on the right side of each channel row to move entries. The order in the list is the order in the exported playlist.
Can I bulk rename a group?
Yes. Use the group filter to show only channels in a specific group, select all, and apply a group rename. All selected entries update at once.
How do I delete channels I don't want?
Click the delete icon on any channel row to remove it. Use the group filter to show only channels from a group, then select all and delete the whole group at once.
What's the difference between Export .m3u and Export .m3u8?
Both export the same content. The .m3u8 version is saved with explicit UTF-8 encoding, which is better for playlists with non-English channel names.
